Bertotti Gelato

My name is Diego, and together with our family business, Bertotti Gelato in London, we are raising funds to help small communities in Colombia affected by the recent disaster, with a particular focus on Versalles, Valle del Cauca. For us, Colombia is home and an important part of our family’s story. Seeing families lose access to basic necessities has made us want to do something practical to help. The funds raised will be used to provide food, essential supplies and urgently needed equipment directly to affected communities. We are working with Juan Carlos Solarte, a Colombian journalist and presenter working with Blu Radio and Caracol Internacional, who is helping coordinate support and identify needs on the ground. Bertotti will not retain any of the money raised. All funds received after GoFundMe’s payment-processing fees will be dedicated to this humanitarian effort. We are committed to transparency and will share updates showing how the donations are used and the help delivered to the communities.
