<div>"Elaine’s husband was a proud Marine Veteran, and for 65 years, they built a life side by side. Those who knew them say they were inseparable. Two years ago, he passed away from a heart attack. Just nine months later, their son also passed, leaving Elaine to face an overwhelming loss on her own.
</div>

</div>
<div>At 86 years old, Elaine is still working a physically demanding job to survive. Despite serious health issues, including rods in her back and torn rotator cuffs, she cleans a nine-story senior living building several days a week. She lifts heavy buckets, pushes equipment down long hallways, and cleans multiple bathrooms just to make ends meet.

<div>Elaine lives on a small Social Security income that is not enough to cover her basic needs. She often says she will have to work for the rest of her life. She is strong, kind, and never complains—but the toll on her body and spirit is clear.

<div>Since losing her husband, a Marine who meant everything to her, Elaine has not had the chance to rest or grieve. She keeps going each day because she has no other choice. She deserves the dignity of slowing down and the space to heal.

<div>The Hawk family is mourning the sudden

<div>and devastating loss of husband and father Thomas Hawk. His wife, Amanda and two children, Mackenzie and Eric are in need of all contributions monetary, material and spiritual.

<div>   Thomas was taken from them due to a home fire which is a total loss as well.

</div>

<div>   Eric has suffered severe smoke inhalation and has been transported from Athens to Augusta Burn Unit.

</div>

<div>    Amanda is with Eric and Mackenzie is staying with close family members.

<div>   Thomas was a “family man” who loved his family dearly. He was the 4-H Archery Coach for Morgan County. Our family met him through the 4-H Archery Program. Upon meeting him for the first time, it was like talking with an old

<div>friend. Thomas enjoyed coaching the youth in archery and spending time with them. He was always “living another day in paradise”, and LOVED cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. While he was a “family man” Thomas also was a best friend to everyone. He always offered to help any one and everyone. Thomas will be missed by all that knew him.

This weekend Abby was involved in a tragic accident on a UTV and her hand was crushed. Through many surgeries she is gaining feeling back in her hand, but this is going to take around 3 weeks of stay in the hospital and over a dozen surgeries. please donate all you can for the medical expenses.
