Thus is from Arbor Day Foundation. I believe Vincent would like this. 150 trees because 5 is his favorite number and it will be his earthly contribution he felt he lacked while he was on Earth. Money donated will be spent on this and any bills he has left. I have to wait for his death certificate to take care of the little stuff. Thank you for all you have done for our Vincent. Companionship and friendships whether in person or online in the video games he loved.

Looking at the calendar tonight, I realized his birthday is on a Saturday in 2027. I believe this is the day. I am working on the where now with some possible places close by and waiting for responses. Thank you for your continued support as we navigate this journey.

Vincent fought as hard as he could for so long but FAP is aggressive and it means business. He will be cremated per his wishes and we will hold a Celebration of Life maybe in the Spring. it is to be determined right now.

Today, we got the news we didn't want to hear. Vincent will go into hospice. We are looking at cremation with his ashes returning to Mother Nature. So far, it is reaching $10,000 but we are still looking. My faith is strong and at some point we will need this service, but not today. Vincent is in God's healing hands.

I guess I spoke too soon. Vincent has been experiencing lower back and hip pain. He mentioned to me this morning that he wanted to wait a day to get his blood drawn for his chemo on Tuesday. I asked him to call the advice nurse to see if he could get something stronger than Tylenol. The reply from the doctor the nurse spoke to was to send him to the ER. Thankfully, we have had awesome doctors and nurses when he has gone in. This doctor spoke to us with a caring manner, explained what the CT scan showed, same nodules in lungs and some on his pancreas. He felt the lack of strength and the ability to fully empty his bladder is connected to his back issue. He mentioned some swelling on one vertebrae and was going to consult with a specialist to see what the next move would be and seeing what an MRI might show as well. We are in a holding pattern for now. Tim went to be with him so I could come home to rest, I've caught a cold.

It has been a while since the last update, I apologize. Vincent has lost a considerable amount of weight. He started this journey at approximately 220lbs. He is now at about 134.7lbs. We still have ER visits but not as often. He has contacted his oncologist and was prescribed medication to help him eat and have a better state of mind. We are now working on high protein liquids and foods to help him get stronger. Thank you for all your support and I will update more often.
