Help Jeremy get custody

Jeremy & his daughter have been inseparable her entire life. He let her mom have her a couple nights a week. Now her mom is refusing to give her back. She has been pulled out of her normal routine with Dad, Thursdays with Grandma and she is now no longer going to school. It is best for her to get back to what she is used to. Her mom is only able to do this because there is not a parenting plan in place. He has spoken with an attorney and needs to get some funds for a retainer. Please help if you can. They have already missed out on Easter together and he only got to see her for about 45 minutes today on her 4th Birthday. She told him she wants to go home with him.
This is heartbreaking for Jeremy & he is doing everything in his power to get his little girl back. If you know Jeremy you know he's an amazing father and these two desreve to be together again. Please help if you can.
