Need treatment insurance wont cover

My name is Michael I have 4 kids and a baby on the way due to my medical condtions and lack of good insurance and not being able to work a job my wife is pregnant and can't work due to being in her third trimester, these days doctors are so expensive and without going through this procedure and taking the medicine that's super expensive my wife and kids will not have a father and my wife will not have a husband, I'm not begging I'm just asking for help as my liver is failing :(  we have no way to come up with the money I need. so anything is trully appreciated!
