My last hope to prevent been homeless

I'm making this as a last hope kind of thing, i went through a rough breakup with my daughters mom a couple of months back and was left with tons of debt and lost my job as a result of depression i had also lost my dad due to a heroin overdose and that didn't help my situation. Since i didn't have a job  and felt like i was alone i had to charge everything and it all caught up to me and now I'm in massive debt. Me and my girlfriend and daughter luckily are back together but i have had two job interviews and nobody has called me back yet and what's worse is that I couldn't pay my cellphone bill so im hoping someone mails me back about a job. I am now two months behind on rent and am still waiting on my tax return to get some kind of handle on my whole situation. I got court on the 24th of this month for my eviction, i been counting down the days and am honestly really scared of all this.
