CIPO pour la santé mentale au Bénin

Nous sommes 7 étudiants ingénieurs de l'École Polytechnique Montréal qui allons 3 mois au Bénin cet été pour construire une extension à l’hôpital psychiatrique d’Avrankou.
Il est bien connu que les malades mentaux sont très mal traités en Afrique. Dans certaines régions du Bénin, ils sont enchainés aux arbres, oubliés et mis de côté dans de nombreux villages. Beaucoup de travail est mis en place sur le terrain dont celui de la Fondation Saint-Camille mais il subsite un manque de ressources et d'espace. Par exemple le Centre de Saint-Camille à Avrankou a été construit à l'origine pour accueillir seulement 80 patients, mais ils dépassent maintenant les 200.
Vu cette demande criante, nous avons besoin de VOTRE aide pour financer notre projet d’expansion qui coûtera 43 000 $ CA.
Notre initiative couvre la plannification, la gestion et la construction sur place la salle en partenariat avec l'ONG Canadienne Cuso International.
Nous faisons preuve d'un grand effort de financement à travers nos nombreuses levées de fonds mais sachez que chaque don compte ! S'il vous plaît n'attendez pas, l'argent doit être amassé pour le mois de mai 2017.
* Tous les fonds seront utilisés directement pour le coût du bâtiment seulement.

It is well known that mentally ill people are very badly treated in Africa. In certain regions of Benin, they are chained down to trees and forgotten, put aside in many villages. Alot of work is put as the on of la Fondation Saint-Camille but a lack of ressources and space keep persisiting. For example the Saint-Camille Center in Avrankou was built for 80 patients but now they are around 200.
Facing this challenge, we need YOUR HELP to finance the expansion project that will cost a total of 43 000$ CA.
Our initiative covers the planning, management and construction on site of the room in partenership with the canadian Non-Profit Cuso International. We have been working very hard doing many fundraisers, every donation counts. So please please do not wait, the money must be raised by may 2017.
*All funds will be directly used for the cost of the building only.
