Help for Dozer's Heart

Thank you for looking at my page. I am hoping to raise 500.00 which is the amount needed to pay the deductible on my service dog Dozer's insurance. His breed has a history of a heart disease called Mitral Valve Disease and I have some concerns that he may have this. To have the cardiac vet exam him and for an ultrasound and sonogram the cost is almost 600.00. Once my deductible of 500.00 is paid his insurance will pay 90% of all bills related to this disease for the rest of his life. It's this initial 500.00 that I just don't have at this time. Due to problems in my spine and sacroiliac joints that cause a lot of pain and also having been diagnosed with a stomach disease called Gastroparesis that keeps me home- bound a lot of the time I have not been able to work since October of 2015. I've applied for Social Security Disability Insurance but have no idea when that may be approved. I've been told it can take a couple years so it could be another 4 months or more before I get it.
Dozer is the sweetest and most loving dog I've ever known. He's my buddy 24/7 and I love him to pieces. He keeps me going when my never ending pain gets me so low that I don't want to get up and deal with it but I know Dozer needs me to keep going to care for him and I know he loves me as much as I love him. Dozer deserves the best care possible and needs to be checked for this disease so he can be started on medication if needed at this time and I just can't give that to him at this time. I wish I could but I'm struggling just to keep my home from foreclosure. If you can contribute any amount at all it would be greatly appreciated and will help get Dozer to the vet. Thank you.
