Fight Sud's Deportation

Hello friends and family. Some of you may or may not know, my brother, Sudheer Moturi, has been in an immigration holding facility since Aug '16. He has been a permanent resident of the United States of America since 1983. But he's now in danger of being forced to leave the country that he loves with no chance of return for unjust reasons. Anyone that knows Sud, knows he does not deserve such a harsh punishment. He deserves to be here as much as any of us and to have the opportunity to turn his life around for the better. He has a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! The current political climate in our country is all the more reason to fight the institution of deportation.
Our goal is $9,500 for legal representation without which he doesn't stand a chance. His hearing is scheduled for April 10, 2017 which doesn't give us a lot of time but maybe just enough! He has found an immigration lawyer with a high success rate who is very optimistic that the deportation ruling can be canceled. Unfortunately, as a family we are not in a position to afford the full responsibility of the fees required for the lawyer so please dig deep in your hearts, and wallets, and help us give this guy a second chance!
