Assistance with medical bills

After two strokes, and a bout with disability and being wheelchair bound due to statin drugs, I’ve amassed quite the medical bills. After two hospital stays, many doctors, and endless tests, with no insurance, it’s become impossible for me to keep up with payments. I am 63, so have ‘til age 65 for Medicare to be available to me. I am on a cash basis with all these people; the cash is just not there, and I’m running out of time before everything goes to collection. Thank you in advance for any help.
