Support our Staff

This is not an easy piece to write. As members of the hospitality industry, we are in our comfort zone when we get to serve and help our guests. Not the other way around. Asking for and accepting help is uncomfortable, however for the sake of our staff and our business we are giving this a shot. As of last week we had to lay off our servers, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. The four management staff who remain have taken significant pay cuts in order to keep all four on board. 

As some of you may know, we have adapted to a new carryout and delivery model during Covid19. Much to our surprise, our first week was incredibly successful. So much so that we were able to bring back (part-time) two of our long tenured line cooks. With this ever changing situation, we are hopeful that we will continue to receive orders from our devoted friends, family, regulars and neighbors. Despite this success, we are limited in terms of how we can help our staff who is not able to come back to work at Beuchert’s.

We are asking that you show some love for our team, any way you can. Now, in a few weeks, or in a few months. This is not a short term goal.
