Hello, my name is Micheal Runyon I am a single father in Temecula, California. I've recently fallen ill with an aortic dissection. For those who do not know what that is, an aortic dissection is a serious condition in which the inner layer of the aorta, the large blood vessel branching off the heart, tears. Blood surges through the tear, causing the inner and middle layers of the aorta to separate.  A very rare medical emergancy, That requires a delicate open heart surgery. I am so thankful for the Eco tec <Emily Salem> and Surgeon <Dr. Koumjian> for saving my life. Recovery is going to be the hardest part of this Journey. In the next six  months  or so I will be off my feet and won't be able to support my daughter and I.  Covering bills will be impossible without financial support.
