Support Megan's Battle Against Colon Cancer

Megan was diagnosed with colon cancer recently and underwent surgery on August 14th to remove the mass and part of her colon. Pathology confirmed the mass was cancerous and she will undergo chemotherapy once she has healed. There were postoperative complications and Megan underwent emergency surgery and additional complications have ensued from the second surgery. This has resulted in a prolonged hospital stay and significant pain. She will be in the hospital at least until the end of the month. She has a long road ahead of her, but fortunately, a good long-term prognosis.

Megan recently started a new job and many of her benefits are not available yet. Her coworkers have graciously donated time to her, but she is going to be out much longer than originally expected. Chemotherapy is going to be a battle as well.
