Early in the morning of 27th February, Gareth Harrison arrived home to discover he'd been robbed.

Among other things, Gaz's Macbook and the hard drives with his back ups have been stolen. This means that he has lost all his work, his ability to earn money, his productions and 10 years of hard work. The equipment taken was valued at more than $7,000 and as someone who has dedicated himself to art and entertainment, that money isn't easy to come by.

Gaz has entertained us all with his music over the years. Yacht Club DJs, Champagne Internet, Rick Moranis Overdrive, Areas, Talent Squad and that one time only appearance of his dubstep project Gold Coast Suns!

He has been lent some gear to allow him to work this weekend, but he will need to buy a new Macbook as soon as possible.

This is where you come in, I know there are lots of people out there who would like to help him out, so any amount of money would be appreciated.

Gaz has begrudgingly given me permission to set up this GoFundMe campaign but he will be eternally grateful for any help you can provide.

Housekeeping: I am Tristan James, a mate of Gaz's. He lived with us when our daughter, Scarletta was very young, and he was one of my groomsmen when I got married. I live in Ballarat still, but Gaz now lives in Elwood which is where he was robbed.
The money we raise will go towards purchasing a new Macbook, replacement hard drives, some cloud storage and maybe even to replace the bananas the thieves stole.  Once GoFundMe have deposited the funds into my account I will transfer it directly to Gaz so he can go shopping at the Apple Store.
