Zach's recovery fund
Donation protected
Our friend Zach has suffered a violent attack while standing up to violence at a recent protest in Berkeley/Oakland. He was assaulted by masked protesters that confronted him for trying to put out a fire that had been started in the middle of the street. Zach payed a price for his principled approach to peaceful and meaningful protest and its time that we stand with him as he recovers from the assault.
We toiled to find him emergency dental care for his broken teeth and he has finally been treated and has undergone surgery. I know this blow has set Zach back and we need to do what we can to lift him up.
As a seminarian Zack has committed his efforts to helping people and in turn has inspired many, myself included, to stand for what they believe in. By donating to this campaign, you can help not only recover Zachs out-of-pocket medical costs, you can give him the confidence and support he needs to follow his passion. Someone as generous and thoughtful as Zach doesn't deserve to weather this injury alone.
Thank you,
Alex Knox
