Road to Miss Georgia USA 2017

Hello friends, family, and future sponsors! With the comfort of God I am at last venturing out of my comfort zone and seeking after what I have held off for so long, Miss Georgia USA! ! I have wanted to continue pageantry after high school, yet I let fear hold be back for entirely too long. As my relationship with Christ developed my apprehension died down and confiding in Him gave me a genuine peace of mind. What does my association with God need to do with the pageant you may ask, so let me clarify. After constant back and forth with committing myself to God, I surrendered my will and let my sole center be God. As I continued to further my walk with Christ the vision I had for competing in Miss Georgia USA kept on coming up. I don't know why, however years out of high school and my enthusiasm and passion for Miss Georgia USA appeared to have only gotten stronger. Though the objective is to win the title Miss Georgia USA, it is more about following where I feel God is leading me to; illuminating the pressure of winning and simply enjoying the journey, the experience and the people I will meet along.

I have chosen to utilize GOFUNDME since I would prefer not to do this alone and would love to share my journey with those around me! The money I am raising will cover my registration fee, sponsorship fees along with other expenses for the pageant.  These fees will cover the activities during the entire course of the pageant, paperwork, contestant handbook, secures my pageant title, hotel costs, meals, advertising/production cost, pageant wardrobe, and beauty essentials. You can essentially donate, yet in the event that you'd like to acquire exposure for you and your organization, company or brand, up to 20 of my sponsors will be acknowledged and listed in the Miss Georgia USA program magazine.
