Support Ukraine with Yoga International

At Yoga International, we are horrified by the current crisis in Ukraine and want to help contribute to the ongoing humanitarian efforts and support of Ukrainian citizens. Because of this senseless war, millions of people have been displaced from their homes and over 1,500 civilians have lost their lives. This is why we will stream a LIVE donation-based yoga class to raise money for Ukrainian humanitarian relief. All donations will be sent to the International Committee of the Red Cross relief effort in Ukraine. Our starting goal is $10,000, and we will match all donations up to $3,000. 

Our first “Practice for Peace” class will stream on Friday, March 18 at 11 a.m. EDT and will be led by a Canadian-Ukrainian citizen and Yoga International employee Anastasiya Shulyarenko.
