Jimmy Turman has lived with Juvenile Diabetes since he was 3 years old. He has had many health struggles throughout his life but has always faced every challenge with courage and determination.  Unfortunately at the age of 33 his kidneys have failed. Jimmy continues to wake up each day with a positive and hopeful attitude.

He is in dire need of a kidney transplant.  Jimmy has to endure kidney dialysis on a  daily basis for hours on end making it difficult to work fulltime or at all. The waiting list for a transplant in the States is 6-10 years and the expenses for a transplant are astronomical if he goes outside the country of if he gets a paid donor.  None of his family members are candidates because of various health issues.

Please help this brave young man have hope for the future.  It is very hard to imagine what Jimmy and his family are going through.
