Our mom (Connie Williams) had a double lung transplant on Christmas Day.  She is doing well after the procedure but the road ahead is long and challenging. She will be in the hospital 3+ hours from home for a few weeks, then have to remain near the hospital for several months as she does her rehab. 

We are grateful for all the support we have already received but find following the transplant more help is needed.
