A tribute of care for Dean’s Family

Dean Turner passed unexpectedly on May 13th, 2025 due to unforeseen medical complication. A retired and well respected Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Dean was a beloved father, and friend. His passing has impacted many. Those who knew Dean, knew he made all feel welcome. His spiderman mask was known well. He made friends in every space, leaving a lasting impact with his sincere smile and (sometimes questionable) sense of humour.

Dean’s sudden passing has left his family with the difficult process of organizing his affairs. We always say it takes a village when raising children, and the same is true when we lose someone when we are unprepared, and so unexpecting. Please consider supporting Dean’s family in this process, so they may make his arrangements and allow him to rest.

A celebration of life will be held at La Brass on June 28 from 17:00-21:00.
