We lost everything in our house fire

Hello everyone my name is Annette Ortiz and I’m trying to raise money for my mother, father, my children and for my self. We had a electrical fire due to the air conditioning outlet on Saturday July 31,2020 we keep getting a call from our alarm system and they were talking on the speaker which we found was weird so my father went up to our living room to speak back to the lady who was speaking she asked if their was a fire in the house and he he then replied no because there wasn’t any smoke or fire downstairs so she then replied to him well our heat index it’s show 105 degrees so she then sent him up stairs he then got to the hall where my door was and he then felt the heat he then pushed my door open and that when he saw the fire and dark smoke he made sure no one was in the house he said he had went into the bathroom to catch his breathing before he would go back out into the smoke to get outside the smoke was so black he couldn’t see he said it was like somebody covered his eyes that’s how bad the smoke was he then got outside the fire fighters were already on the way thanks to the lady on the Vivint alarm… We lost everything in the house fire everything we owned is burned, water damaged and smoke damaged.
