Facing Homelessness

Hello everyone, I'm Kaitlyn, mother of twins who are 8 now and will be 9 soon. I live with my mother, Maria. I have Sickle Cell SS. At the age of 3 I had a stroke. From that point on, my doctors treated me with monthly blood transfusions until I was 18. At 18, the doctors informed me that I probably wouldn't live past my mid's 20s. Well I made it to 31! On Monday, January 29, 2024. My doctor informed me that my liver (now stage 5 cirrhosis) is shutting down and causing damage to my heart and kidneys. My health has caused me to have an unstable work environment since I'm in the hospital atleast once or twice a month. This causes me to have a smaller paycheck. I simply cannot take care of my bills and my family with how much I get paid. We lost our house to foreclosure back in September and have been staying at hotels. Now neither me nor my mom have any money so we're living out of our car. Trust me when I say, this is not the life I imagined for my kids. If you could please find it in your heart to help my family get back on their feet it'd be greatly appreciated.
