Need to pay medical expenses

My name is Mike Nash. Earlier this year i was admitted to the hospital with possible pneumonia. I turns out it was congestive heart failure. The EF rating of my heart was at 3% and oxigen level was at 73%. Later on they found damage to the heart and sent me in for a triple bypass. I spent 2 months in the hospital and rehab center. in july of this year i was back in the hospital. While there i ended up coding and was sent back to the ICU and had a defibilator pacemaker installed. I was told when i was discharged from the hospital that if the treatment plan that i am on does not work I will need a new heart or start comfort measures. I have exhusted my savings and my cards are maxed out. My disability from work has ended and i am currently waiting for approval from the SSA.
