Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

We are reaching out to you during a time of unimaginable hardship for our beloved Daniel. While on a camping trip to Rampart Range, Daniel suffered severe injuries, sustaining 3rd degree burns to 65% of his body.

His Journey to recovery has been nothing short of challenging, as he was first airlifted via Flight for Life to Children's Hospital in Denver. Given the severity of his injuries, he was airlifted to Shiner Children's Hospital in Sacramento California to work with their world renowned specialized burn unit for the advanced medical care he desperately needs.

Daniel is just 13 years old and has always been adventurous, exploring the great outdoors with a spirit full of joy and curiosity.

Now, he faces a long and painful road to recovery, including multiple surgeries, extensive rehabilitation, and ongoing medical care. The physical and emotional toll on him and his family is immense, and we want to ensure he has every resource available to support his healing process.
