Wellsville Nights is a parody of 1980s and early 90s Teen Soap Operas with a dash of the Supernatural. The show is an 8 episode journey into the mind of over dramatic "High School" kids being played by 30 and 40 something adults. Poking fun at shows like Degrassi Junior High, Fifteen, Swans Crossing and 90210. Bringing the melodrama and being played straight but the dialogue and themes are absurd comedy. Also adding a touch of the spooky, creepy and paranormal to the mix to make matters worse for our group of newly minted 9th graders. These are the weirdest, goofiest, grossest trials and tribulations you've ever seen "Teens" deal with.

WHAT IS BEING MADE?

The Pilot Episode was shot in the summer of 2022 and the remaining 7 episodes of Season 1 are ready to be made, we just need to raise the budget. Our GOAL is to raise $17,000 to make at LEAST the next 4 episodes (2-5) of the First Season. The more Money we raise, the more Episodes we will be able to make in the Future! Eventually, we would like to complete a 4 season arc that is completely plotted at this time.

Where Is The Budget Going- Directly to the production of the episodes. Cast and Crew transportation, Cast and Crew payments, Food, Renting the School, Security, and other filming locations we need, Insurance, Costumes, Props, Special Make Up and Creature FX, Recording of the original Theme Song, Promotions at Conventions, Fees and Taxes. The more budget we raise, the more episodes we will be able to shoot for the first Season.
