Weber Fundraiser

Our sweet Ashley received a breast cancer diagnosis a few weeks ago. We thank God the prognosis looks very good, but we understand their family's challenge with Ash undergoing a single mastectomy (7/11) and the unknowns ahead post-surgery. She is the main caregiver of their three beautiful children.

The surgery will put Ashley out of commission for 3-4 weeks. It's her hope to heal in their master bedroom privately without the kids knowing. If they see mom is home, there will be lots of begging for cuddles and banging on the door while she is trying to rest. She should be able to stay hidden, but their master bathroom doesn't have a functioning shower, which was a big concern for her. We want to get this shower working before she returns home-- *PRAISE REPORT!* The upstairs shower has been repaired by her brother-in-law, Myles!!!

The more significant and repair lies in their basement shower, as the water rises and drains very slowly through the drain. This is a big stressor for Tyler and Ashley because they rent the basement space and have a new tenant arriving on 8/1.

We hoped to resolve this issue when a plumber visited their home last week, but the problem was more extensive and costly than we anticipated. It is no longer a functioning shower; they now need a total pipe replacement and branch line removal done in the basement bathroom. The estimate for just this repair is $7,000. The last thing we want them to worry about is house repairs...

We want to remove this burden on their family altogether! All focus and energy should be on Ashley’s healing. They wouldn’t dream of asking for any help with these repairs so let’s bless them like crazy and get this done! We love this family and can’t thank you enough for your support!!
