We want our family back to Carroll Gardens

My name is Ariel Jara and i’m a Co-owner of El Mate Restaurant  in Carroll Gardens,  we are another  business going through this difficult times, closing permanently our doors because of the Coronavirus, leaving our staff without a job and most important no paycheck to support their families and themselves.  We’ ve worked so hard since day one to keep El Mate running and alive,  making this place your place, and building new friendships. Now in our fifth year the idea of continuing bringing good food and enjoyment to our neighbors, now friends is fading away because we are at risk of closing for good without government’s help. Please help us to keep our staff and place to continue bringing the taste of Argentina and Brasil to Brooklyn again.
