Empowering Young Women

We have seen a HUGE need for women only self defense classes being brought to schools throughout Northern Michigan. We have visited multiple schools, putting on programs as funding allows. These seminars are taught by women and cover realistic situations and options for everyone.

Reaching this goal will help us travel to communities throughout the region teaching young ladies confidence, self defense, and useful skills to help them in the real world!

These seminars are great for anyone ages Middle School up through adulthood!
