My name is Mohammed, I’m living in Gaza, with my elderly parents, who depend on me, we are living in pain and unimaginable hardship, we need your help—your heart, your humanity.

I am a young man from Gaza of 24 years. I had a simple life. I worked as an accountant. I had dreams for my future, like any other young man in this world. In a moment everything turned to ashes. 

One night, while we were gathered as a family under one roof, a missile struck our home. The house where we grew up turned into rubble. My father (who was my support) lost his leg from the bombing, now he can no longer move on his own.

My elderly mother fell into a severe panic attack, and her health deteriorated. I didn’t just lose my home - I lost my safety, my job, and the ability to protect my family. I now feel alone. I support my disabled father, and I care for my sick mother.

Each day feels like an endless nightmare. We search for food, medicine, and a place to sleep without fear. Our hope is fading, and my heart is heavy with sorrow. 

Here in Gaza we must buy food at very high prices. Aid is not reaching us. We cannot work here. Your donation will support us with food until something changes. When I have enough money I will buy my father a wheelchair, so he will be safer.

I am Adrian, a British citizen living in London. I have create this appeal for my friend Mohammed Adnan Najm. Mohammed Adnan Najm is the son of Adnan Hamid Najm & Jamila Ibrahim Najm.

They all live in the north of Gaza city and their home has been bombed. They are suffering because Adnan (Mohammed’s father) has had his foot and leg amputated and he and his wife are also ill.

They need money to support themselves. The money will be used for living and medical expenses for the family, because  they are unable to work while they live in a war zone.

I transfer money to the family and they purchase goods and services directly in Gaza. I send money each time there is enough collected to buy food, so the amount shown is the total collected, not the amount currently available.
