Walker and Hero: Healing Together

Hey, my name is Walker Shelton. I am a former structural/wildland firefighter and current law enforcement officer. I am currently at Warriors Heart in Bandera, TX, getting treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

While here, I am training a dog named Hero to become a working service dog to help with anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. While working with Hero, my clinicians and I have seen an improvement in my symptoms. I am wanting to bring Hero home to be my service dog and companion. All proceeds will be used towards Hero.
