We are Chorley Women FC and each year we 'Walk the Lights' on the Blackpool beachfront to raise money for our 3 open age Women's Teams.
The Club is run by volunteers and is a grassroots football club, despite our first team competing at the 4th Tier of Women's Football. The club is self funded dependant solely on sponsors, players subs and fundraisers.
As is the case with most grassroots football Club's every year the financial strain gets heavier with costs of venues, training facilities and transport rising each year the Club continues to face financial hardship.
We ask that players and supporters share our page and that if anyone can spare a little cash it will go along way to keeping this Club going in the future.
This years walk will take place on Tuesday 17th December from 6.30pm. All supporters (and dogs) are welcome to join us :) More info will be available over the coming weeks on our social media channels.
