Ok, I'm not the best with words so here it goes...

Colin Shea McManus is my 13 year old nephew and he has recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Life changer.  His daily and nightly rituals include monitoring blood sugar levels, watching every item of food he takes in and injecting himself with insulin. This involves a lot of needle pricks. Forever. 

How can we help?  There is an insulin pump available, which would eliminate the need for him to continuously poke himself every time he needs his insulin.  Of course, even with insurance coverage the out of pocket cost is unreal.  $3500 to be exact.  

I want to help him, my brother, his family. From the bottom of my heart I ask for your help as well.   Any little bit helps.   Let's help Colin as he starts High School have a better quality of life.
