Victims of Psychopathic Abuse: Need Help

My name is Kumar Garapati, and I am a survivor of a traumatic and soul-crushing marriage that has left me emotionally and financially devastated. I am reaching out to you for support as I seek justice and rebuild my life for the sake of my children and myself.

For nine years, I endured extreme mental and emotional abuse in a tumultuous and soul-crushing marriage. My ex-spouse exhibited psychopathic tendencies, leaving me with deep scars and lasting trauma. The damage I endured is immeasurable, including fraudulent criminal charges that were eventually dismissed. However, they put my life on hold for eight months, and I accumulated $50,000 in credit card debt just to cover basic living expenses.

My ex-spouse, who showed no empathy, threw me under the bus multiple times and finally declared that she was no longer a mother. As a result, I was granted full custody of our children, and she left the house. However, she continues to disregard the agreement she signed, refusing to follow the visitation rights granted to her. She stops by my house whenever she pleases and uses this time to try and turn my kids against me, causing further emotional harm, hindering our healing process, and damaging our relationship.

Unfortunately, I have exhausted my financial resources after paying some of the credit card debt and attorney fees for previous counsel. I am unable to afford the legal fees required to pursue this path to seek justice and protect my children.
