Vehicle for Family of 4 in Need

Well I was honestly stressed and worried this weekend, praying that we would be able to make this happen, and now the need has been met and exceeded with so many also donating via Venmo. We will post an update with the vehicle, and the excess funds will be used to pay for insurance, AAA policy, and fuel cards. I am rarely at a loss for words, but I cannot say anything that does justice to this incredible and overwhelming response to this post. Hello, We have had a sibling group of 3 in our care since April 1st. They are reunifying with their Grandmother later this month and she does not have a vehicle. We have thought and prayed long and hard about finding a way to step in a provide for the significant need. The children are 7,5 and 2 years old. They have experienced immense loss during their young precious lives and we feel convicted and compelled to find a way to support them and their Grandmother by making this transition as smooth as possible. Elliott and I and my sister Lindsay Dragos are contributing $2,000 and are hoping and praying to raise an additional $4,000. We have already been connected to a vehicle through a trusted friend. We have a 2010 Ford Escape with a new engine being sold to us at our friend's cost and we would like to cover 3 months of car insurance. This is an opportunity to change the trajectory of 4 people's lives directly and we are grateful for any contribution our friends and family feel compelled to make.
