Car accident expenses

I was involved in a bad car accident on January 19th, 2025 and was lucky to survive. Unfortunately, my car was totaled with no collision insurance. I sustained broken bones and have to have clavicle surgery. Im asking for help towards medical bills and my deductible. God bless, anything helps.
