Bring Scarlet Home

On September 20th, 2019 I left my daughter with her father at our home we shared together to run errands. Upon returning, he and my daughter were gone. He would not answer any of my questions about where they were and when they would be home.  A little back story- we had broken up a few weeks before and were seemingly getting along up until a few days prior to this, there was tension from me still being in the home but I didn’t consider us to be on “bad terms” but I guess I was wrong. Come to find out he went to the courthouse to file a protective order as a way to have me removed from the home without giving me a proper 30 days notice, and I have not been able to contact him at all due to this and I have not seen my daughter since this day. I had to abruptly leave our home and many of my things behind. Two days after getting me removed from the home, he moved his new girlfriend in. A stranger is living under the same roof as my daughter and I am unable to even call to check on her. Since having my daughter I have been a stay at home mother, I have been with my child taking care of her since day one, we have never been apart for even a day prior to this. There is nothing I can do to get my daughter back until we go to court on November 1st. I have since found a job but it does not start until October 6th, so I wouldn’t get paid until the 15th and it surely won’t be enough to hire a lawyer. My heart is aching after losing both parents two years ago, and now my daughter. My daughters father is going for full custody in attempts to block me out of their lives completely, and without a lawyer I am terrified I will never see my baby girl again. Any amount helps, I just need my baby girl back..
