Mom worked hard all her life to take care of people, kept smiling when she didn't want to or was suffering from health issues, and did her best to manage with whatever circumstances were put in her path. She devoted much of her life to taking care of her daughter Kathy, who has struggled with emotional issues and physical limitations.  There was no one more determined than her, but while her spirit could push her longer than anyone could imagine, she has to rest now. 

Kathy has lived with her for many years, and over the last year after Mom lost her leg and her health got even more fragile, she pushed herself to her absolute limit and beyond, in taking care of Mom. 

These last months have created a difficult financial situation.  Mom's most passionate goal was always to take care of Kathy.  For anyone who might want to send flowers, a donation to help defray the recent and upcoming expenses would be a tribute to Mom's determination.
