Urgent Surgery Needed for Bela's Health

So I’ve had Bela now for almost 8 years and has pretty much been my partner in crime. She rides motorcycles with me. She’s just my partner. I took her into the emergency vet because she wouldn’t pee and she has stones in her bladder and I’m trying to raise $4.000 is what they want for the surgery. I’m trying to find a vet that’s willing to do payments cause then I can afford it but I just don’t have 4.000 right now to give them for her to get the surgery and I need to do it as soon as possible so if anybody could help, it would be much appreciated both from her and from my family
