Hi everyone. I’m Stacy Norman, PA-C, reaching out on behalf of my coworker Bianca Reyes and her 13-year-old daughter, Leilani Torres, who recently experienced a sudden, severe medical emergency.
On January 30th, Leilani Torres was a victim of a hit and run in Oceanside, CA. She was airlifted to Rady Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries, including brain trauma, spinal fractures, and pelvic fractures. She is currently in the ICU and is undergoing multiple surgeries with a long road to recovery.
As you know, Bianca Reyes has been a hardworking medical assistant at different Platinum Dermatology offices throughout Orange County. This unexpected crisis has left her family in a difficult spot. The medical expenses are rapidly mounting, and with Bianca unable to work, she is struggling to cover hospital bills and daily living expenses.
How You Can Help:
We are setting up this fund to help Bianca Reyes and her daughter, Leilani Torres, to focus solely on healing rather than financial stress. Any contribution—no matter how small—will go directly toward:
- Hospital care
- Upcoming surgeries and procedures
- Living expenses due to leave of absence from work
If you are not in a position to donate, we completely understand. Simply sharing this story with your friends and family would mean the world to Bianca.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
