We are reaching out with humble and hopeful hearts to ask for your urgent help for our beloved mother, Mama Dory.

Recently, Mama underwent a coronary angiogram, and the results revealed what we had feared most — she urgently needs a coronary angioplasty. This life-saving procedure is the only way to clear the dangerous blockages in her heart’s arteries and restore the proper flow of blood. It’s not optional. It’s vital for her survival.

The estimated cost of the procedure is a huge financial mountain for our family to climb — over ₱500,000 (over $8,500), once the hospital stay, stents, and medications are included.

Our small family is doing everything we can to keep hope alive. Mama and Papa are both senior citizens, and I (their daughter) have only just started a part-time job after months of unemployment. We are still recovering from recent hardships — my thyroid biopsy (thankfully benign!) and my brother’s motorcycle accident — both of which left us emotionally and financially drained.

Despite everything, we refuse to give up. We’ve been knocking on doors for assistance, reaching out to government agencies, and even started a small initiative called “Cookies for a Cause” to raise funds. But time is not on our side — Mama’s condition is urgent, and we need to act now.

We are humbly asking for your help to raise the funds needed to cover the cost of Mama’s angioplasty, hospitalization, laboratory tests, and medication.
