Cancer Treatment Care for Casey Needed

Four months into chemo treatment for Casey's aggressive form of cancer, I'm happy to report my sweet boy appears to be in remission! Although a little grayer around the muzzle, he's still happy to go out and play, has a good appetite, shows no sign of more cancer growth and is tolerating chemo treatment like a champ! Thank you to everyone who has helped make it possible for Casey to live a full life.

This is the estimate I received on 4/29/25 from Veterinary Specialty Center for oral chemo, which I administer at home three times a week.*

Casey on the front porch, watching the world go by. When we went out in the backyard last night, all he wanted to do was play with his stick -- and the cat, his buddy Beau.

*All of the donations so far, minus 2.9% per donation to cover GoFundMe's fees, have gone to Veterinary Specialty Center, which includes expensive chemo medications and monthly follow-up appointments, and to pay for food, nitrile gloves and poop bags. I also paid down about $1,000 of the surgery.
