Upton Church Emergency Roof Appeal

Many of you will be aware of the current situation surrounding our Village Church, following a serious roof slip in February, the condition of the roof has continued to worsen.

Over the past few months, the team at Upton Community Council have been working tirelessly to prepare a detailed application to National Highways’ Designated Funds Scheme, with the repair total exceeding £400k. But due to the funding depleting for this round, we won’t be able to submit our application until 2025!

Due to the detrimental damage that this wait could have on the building, we’ve launched our Emergency Fundraising Appeal to raise funds for the Urgent Roof Repairs, we need to raise an initial £80k to get the Church out of immediate danger and stop the water getting in.
