Hello everyone,
My name is Heather, and today I’m reaching out not just with hope, but with a heart weighed down by the harsh reality my husband, Justin, and I are facing. We recently began our life together as newlyweds, dreaming of a future full of love, laughter, and shared moments. But that future was shattered when Justin was diagnosed with end-stage Oligodendroglioma—a devastating form of brain cancer.
His battle has been excruciating. Several rounds of radiation and chemotherapy, instead of helping, have left him weaker and sicker, stealing pieces of the vibrant man I married. He now faces seizures, severe short-term memory loss, and complications from a brain hemorrhage. Watching the man I love endure this relentless fight with such bravery breaks my heart every single day.
Currently, Justin is on hospice care, and the prognosis remains very poor. Each moment is precious, and we are doing everything we can to ensure he is as comfortable and dignified as possible. The pain—both his and mine—is beyond what words can capture.
We are fighting with every ounce of strength we have left, but the mounting medical bills, specialized treatments, and round-the-clock care are overwhelming and growing more urgent by the day. If, in the worst case, we lose Justin, part of the donations will also help cover final expenses, including funeral costs, so that we can focus on healing and honoring his memory without added financial burden.
I’m asking for your kindness and generosity to help us afford the care Justin desperately needs to hold on to dignity and comfort in this unbearable journey. No donation is too small—each gift brings us hope and light in this darkest time. If you’re unable to donate, sharing our story means the world to us and helps us reach others who might.
From the bottom of my soul, thank you for standing with us, for your love, your prayers, and your support. Together, we can help Justin face this battle with strength and grace.
With all my love and gratitude,
Heather
