United for Josh: On the Road to Recovery

Thank you for visiting Josh's GoFund Me page.

This GoFund Me was created by North Shore Motosports, a group of friends sharing the passion of safe riding, making friends, creating memories, and helping each other. This fundraiser is for one of our brothers who has always shown up for our motorcycle "family". It's time for us to show up for him. Josh never asks for anything unless it is in service of helping someone else in need. It is now our turn to show up for him.

Josh Lewin was recently a victim of a heinous hit and run while commuting home from work on his motorcycle. Currently, his surgical team is managing his injuries, which include several broken ribs, a broken collarbone, and a broken wrist. Josh has lost his vision in his left eye and is undergoing surgeries to try to correct his eyesight.

Josh will undergo more surgeries and needs our help to continue healing. If we can take away one stressor, Josh can direct his focus to healing.

Being a hit and run accident and after two weeks still unable to identify the at fault party, Josh is only able to access limited insurance funding. We welcome all donations. No amount is too little, and everything that we collect will go to Josh's medical expenses, ensure his basic needs are met during this time that he is out of work, and helping to ensure that his business which affects so many in the community, including his 30 employees is able to continue uninterrupted and without financial stress that could impact his staff during this time.

We are truly grateful for every single one of you, and we know that Josh will be too. If you have read this far we can also let you know that Joshua was incredibly reluctant to do this for himself, but if you could have seen the gratefulness and joy in his face when we took it upon ourselves to do what was needed, you would be able to tell what a relief it was to him to know that we were in his corner and we hope that you will be too.
