I rescued Willow two years ago when she was just a tiny, frightened puppy who needed someone to love her. She grew into the sweetest and most gentle dog. She is my constant companion and a best friend to my two children, Emmett and Olivia. They adore her beyond words. Last night, our world was shattered when Willow was hit by a FedEx truck on our own property. Hearing her cry and seeing her in pain is something I will never forget. She survived, but her injuries are severe, and she now needs an $11,000 emergency surgery to save her leg and give her a chance at a full life. We are heartbroken and overwhelmed.
