Tyler Corriveau Funeral Expenses

Jennifer Grzeszczak's office coworkers are devastated to learn that her son Tyler passed away on Monday 10/16. Our office family has created this fundraiser on behalf of Jennifer and her family to help with medical and unexpected funeral costs.

Tyler Corriveau was a 23 years old from Plainville, served in the Army Reserves and worked for Hartford Hospital as a patient care assistant and physical therapy aide.

In January 2022, Tyler was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS). He started to get weak and lost the ability to walk and use his hands. This syndrome caused his own immune system to attack the nerves in his legs hands. After a lengthy time at UCONN Tyler went to Mount Sinai Rehab center for intensive physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Tyler has unfortunately lost the battle and reunited with his Father Monday afternoon.

Funeral Services will be held at The Plainville Funeral Home at 81 Broad St, Plainville, CT on Saturday 10/21/2023 from 12pm-3pm
