It’s been three years since our last fundraiser, and we’re putting our trusty tuk tuk to work once again, this time to raise funds and awareness for an organisation we deeply care about.

On Friday 28th August the two of us and Kuba the dog will set off from Somerset on an epic adventure - a 16-day journey crossing 10 countries in our tuk tuk. (the 2nd image shows the countries we'll visit and our day by day route)

This time we’re fundraising for Animal Aid, one of the UK’s most respected and long-standing animal rights organisations. Founded in 1977, their mission is simple yet powerful, to secure rights, respect, and compassion for all animals. They campaign tirelessly against cruelty in factory farming, animal testing, and the hunting and killing of wildlife.

Animal Aid has done a lot of important work in exposing abuse, shaping policy, and changing awareness. They’re also the only UK organisation offering free school talks and workshops on animal rights, teaching the young generation about kindness and compassion towards all living beings.

Undercover investigations are at the heart of what they do, and right now your donation can go twice as far as Animal Aid has secured matched funding for all donations up to £50,000 meaning every pound you give is doubled. So if you donate £10, they receive £20. Donate £50, they receive £100. Donate £100, they receive £200.
