In memory of our dear friend Michelle De Kay
Donazione protetta
Friends, my heart is heavy grieving the profound loss of my best friend, colleague and soul sister Michelle De Kay.
Michelle, being an extrovert, loved life. She had the kindest and most generous soul. She loved everyone and never held a grudge. She knew life was precious and cherished creating special memories. She was a foodie and even created Better Bites - a nonprofit foodie organization. Recently, she was a volunteer at Home Aid benefiting the homeless. She loved long walks, Pilates and spin classes.
She was a super star sales representative at CalAtlantic Homes (now Lennar) at Mueller. She cared for her clients as much as she cared for her team. She participated in the Mueller Affordable Homes program and sold a variety of market rate single family homes, condos and townhomes. She was the life of the party at our President's Club dinners.
She was an incredible Super Mom to her gorgeous daughter Tayler Cohen. She was thrilled that her daughter's wedding was on the horizon.
Being her best friend was a complete honor. She was my rock and supported me through the highs and lows of life. We laughed so much on a regular basis about life, love and work - that we even thought about creating a podcast together.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations towards her funeral expenses and assistance for senior care for dear mother Barbara Dudley Hunt.
