Tragic Loss: Elliot Shur's Memory Fund

My sister, Libby, and her husband, Charles, have suffered an unimaginable loss. Their 6-year-old son, Elliot Shur, was diagnosed with severe autism at a young age and was attending kindergarten at Altoona Elementary School.

On Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, Elliot was on a walk with his dad after school in his little red wagon. Unknowingly, he got out of his buckled seat and wandered off. He was found in a nearby neighborhood pond where first responders were unable to revive him.
