Tracy Ireland, a daughter, mother, wife, sister, aunt, friend, and a co - worker, and most of all an amazing person with a HUGE heart. She is currently in University Hospital and has been there for 2 weeks now. She's fighting to return to her family, the Doctors at this time do not have a concrete diagnosis, but she is having a lot of difficulties with moblitly, vision, speech and cognitive problems.
